Our farm
A small family farm built around animal welfare.
At La Prévôté, our pigs grow up outside, on grass and in open paddocks. Old-fashioned flavour, sold direct.
La Ferme du Cochon Bleu is Carl Sheard, an organic outdoor pig farmer on a human-scale farm at La Prévôté, between Segré and Noyant-la-Gravoyère.
Here, sows farrow outdoors and piglets spend their days rooting, running and rolling in the grass. We take the time it takes — and you can taste the difference.
